ADXSTUDIO Inc. - Vice President - Technology (1998 to present) As vice president of technology I am responsible for establishing our technical and infrastructure strategies and standards. I am responsible for managing the team that operates our network, servers, databases, and development environments. I also set the standards for how our service delivery teams operate client infrastructures. I am responsible for all the R&D in our company for both our internal use and for our product. I am the senior architect and product manager for our flagship product - ADXSTUDIO CMS. The product is a .Net web content management system (WCMS) that is fully integrated with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I am the primary contact for the technical relationships we have with Microsoft. I also get the privilage of attending all the trade shows we exhibit in each year. Saskatchewan Wheat Pool - Network Consultant (February 1997 - December 1998) Working as a consultant, I provided network administration support and was the technical lead on a project to upgrade the Pool's head office network of 700 workstations from an OS/2 environment to Windows NT Servers. Agriculture Canada - Manager, Midwest Region (May 1990 - January 1997) As Manager of IT for the Midwest region, I managed a staff of 7 professionals that delivered all aspects of IT services to a community of 700 users. I also played a key role on a multi-branch committee that selected and architected a transition to a new network infrastructure based on Windows NT. |
