These are the people who I have interacted with that I hold in high regard related to all things CRM...

Philip Richardson

Philip is the Senior Program Manager Lead for Microsoft CRM.  He carries a lot of responsibilities on his shoulders managing the team that is building the next version of CRM.  I had the opportunity to meet Philip in person at the 2007 partner conference.  I have to say that I think Philip really gets it - he has an excellent vision for the CRM platform and I am confident that we will see great things in the near future from Microsoft as a result of his influence and guidance.  I have found Philip to be very approachable and follow up with excellent responses to important questions.

Ben Riga

Ben Riga is a developer and platform evangelist in the Microsoft Dynamics group.  I met Ben at a Microsoft CRM training event.  Although I cannot disclose how I work with Ben right now because of NDAs, I can tell you that I have found him to be a very passionate and professional individual.  Ben has gone out of his way to help me connect with the folks that matter and given me very good advice on all things CRM.  One thing we share in common is that we are both Canadians.

David Yack

David Yack is CTO of Colorado Technology Consultants, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner based on Colorado.  I attended a CRM training session that David conducted in Redmond and found him to be both entertaining and an excellent communicator.  I threw a lot of tough questions his way and I found the depth of his knowledge of Microsoft CRM to be impressive.
